The Pennsylvania Minority Business Enterprise Center focuses on offering three vital services to minority businesses: professional consultants, access to capital, and contract procurement opportunities.

Consulting Services

We provide the resources and expertise needed to take your well established business to the next level. Our "roadmap" approach steps your organization through a process that focuses on accelerating growth. We individually evaluate our client companies and work with them to establish business strategies, organizational structure, and both long-term and short-term goals. Access to Capital

The PA-MBEC has well established contracts and resources that provide the funding necessary to accelerate the growth of your business. Our team works with each partner to analyze needs and help procure funding from a variety of sources. Our services include debt and equity financing as well as other financial services. Contract Procurement

The PA-MBEC connects its clients to a stream of City, State, Federal, and private contract opportunities. For example, we partner with many Philadelphia based Universities (UPenn, Drexel , etc...) in our University Purchasing Initiative. We not only help your company find available contracts but can also consult you in the application process.
